In addition to state grants, ACOPG relies upon donations,
all of which are tax-deductible, as a means of operating its programs and services.

All donations to the Alabama Council on Pathological Gambling are tax-deductible as a 501(c)(3) Corporation
and is exempt under state and federal guidelines.
